We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout, or email us at hello@learnwithjp.com and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Live sessions
If a live Zoom or phone session is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, we refund that session in full.
